To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $350 are paid in full by cash or check and a 3% adjustment when paid by credit card on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to eighteen months are available based on applicant's credit approval through American General Finance.
